In our modern, bright practice at Florastrasse 26 in Interlaken, a team of experienced veterinarians and trained assistants will take care of your pet's well-being. And that if necessary 24 hours a day.

• Appointment cancellations or postponements must be made at least 24 hours in advance in person/by telephone.
• You do not need an appointment to pick up food, medication, worming, flea and tick medication during our regular opening hours.
• Free customer parking can be found directly at the practice: 2 open garages to the right on the first floor of the building and a short-term parking space directly by the front door;
• The practice is located on the 1st floor (elevator available).

Emergency service

For urgent cases we are available 24 hours a day for you and your pet.

In any case, please contact us by phone first:

during regular opening hours / at night / on weekends / on holidays.

Please remember to bring your bank card (Maestro, Post, Visa) or cash. We ask for immediate payment.

Behavior in case of emergency:

• Keep calm.
• Protect yourself: if necessary, put a muzzle on your dog. Be careful when handling cats. Carefully grab your pet with a blanket or towel and place it in a carrier.
• Consult a veterinarian.
