Our team of veterinary medicine professionals is looking forward to serving you. We are an all-female team, and the word team means a lot to us. We work together, form a close-knit team, and each of us can help the other in a good spirit.

We are part of the on-call service for the Lausanne region, so our patients can find an emergency vet at any time. Listen to our answering machine!

One of our priorities is to work with competence and respect for the animal. We do our utmost to avoid stress for our four-legged patients, and keep restraint to a minimum. That's why, with us, the animal is generally held by its owner rather than by a third party unknown to it, except for a few specific medical procedures. Wherever possible, we work without muzzles, unless there is a danger to the owner or our staff.

In the interests of well-being, we only hospitalize animals when this is essential, and then only for as long as is necessary for their recovery. As soon as an animal can be returned to its owners, it goes home, even if it has to return for daily care.

In the interests of animal protection, we encourage voluntary sterilization (see our operations page), especially as we work in collaboration with an animal protection association (Aidas: Associationinationale de ddefense des animaux suisse).
As part of this association, all adult female animals placed with us are spayed or neutered.
