Consultation hours Daily, by telephone appointment. Telephone appointment is also helpful for emergencies. It is our concern that you have the shortest possible waiting time. Therefore, please make an appointment in good time and try to keep it. Please understand, however, that we have to take care of emergencies at any time in between.

Telephone You can reach us via the official practice number to make appointments and for information. You can also reach us for emergencies via this number, around the clock. If we are prevented from attending, this number will tell you which emergency veterinarian you can contact.

Telephone consultation If you want to speak to the veterinarian yourself, report on the healing process or just need veterinary advice, the telephone consultation hour is available daily from 11:30 to 12:00.

Surgery appointments If your animal needs surgery, you will be given an appointment. You will then bring your animal to the appointment sober (do not offer food for 12 hours, only water). We will let you know when you can call to check on your charge and to arrange a pick-up time.

Home visits Home visits can be arranged at any time. However, please keep in mind that diagnostic capabilities are severely limited in your home.

Medical services In addition to the usual services of a small animal practice, we offer our help for questions of old age provision, radiological clarification of patella, hip joint and elbow joint diseases, cardiological clarification. We are also happy to take time for consultation and therapy of behavioral problems.

Pet store We carry a first-class assortment of selected pet supplies. From leashes and collars to rawhide chews, toys, paw protection ointment, to shampoos, combs and tick tongs, you can get everything you need to care for your 4-legged friends and keep them healthy.

Diet food We always have a range of selected diet foods for dogs and cats in stock, all specialties that you can only get after a precise diagnosis and through the vet. We will be happy to advise you.
